How do I cancel an Allegiant Air booking?

Cancel from the airline's Manage Travel page using your confirmation code and last name. If your itinerary is within 24 hours of purchase, you are typically entitled to a full refund to the original payment method. Outside that window, most fares convert to a travel credit. Send us the confirmation code and we will confirm exactly which option applies to your fare.

How long does a refund take?

Card refunds usually post within 7 business days of approval, and cash or cheque refunds within 20 business days. If your refund was approved more than 10 business days ago, submit a refund request with your booking reference so we can escalate it.

My flight time changed. What are my options?

When a schedule change is significant you can normally accept the new time, move to another flight at no cost, or request a refund. Send us your booking reference and preferred alternative and we will lay out the exact options attached to your itinerary.

My bag did not arrive. What should I do first?

Accepted Answer

File a report at the airport baggage service office before you leave and keep the file reference. Then submit a baggage request here with the file reference, a description of the bag and your contact number so we can follow up daily until it is returned.

Can I correct a misspelled passenger name?

Accepted Answer

Minor spelling corrections are usually possible before check-in. Full name changes and passenger substitutions are generally not permitted. Send us the booking reference and the correct spelling exactly as printed on the traveller's ID.

I was charged twice for one booking.

Accepted Answer

Duplicate authorisations often drop off automatically within 3–5 business days. If the second charge has settled, submit a payment request with the last four digits of the card, both charge dates and amounts, and we will open a billing investigation.

Online check-in will not accept my details.

Accepted Answer

Check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before. Errors usually come from a mismatch between the name on the booking and the travel document, or from an unpaid bag or seat fee. Send a screenshot of the error and we will identify the block.
