Strictly necessary storage. When a member of support staff signs in, the session is held in the browser so the administrator dashboard stays available between page loads. Without it, staff tooling cannot function.

Security and anti-abuse. Short-lived values used to detect automated submissions and duplicate requests.

No advertising or analytics profiling. We do not set third-party advertising cookies and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

You do not need an account or a login to submit or track a support request. Visiting the public pages of this site does not require any non-essential storage.

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data from its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent staff sign-in from working, but it will not stop you submitting or tracking a request.
