Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by Ask Allegiant and explains what we collect when you contact the support desk, why we hold it, and how long we keep it.
Last updated 1 January 2026
What we collect
When you submit a support request we collect your full name, email address, phone number, the issue category, subject and description, and — where you choose to provide them — a booking reference, flight details and file attachments.
We also record technical information needed to operate the service securely, such as the time of submission and a non-reversible fingerprint of the request used to detect duplicate submissions.
Why we use it
We use your details only to handle, progress and respond to your request; to prevent spam and duplicate submissions; and to keep an internal record of what was agreed. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in an access-controlled database. Attachments are stored in a private file vault that is not publicly reachable; only authorised support staff can open a file, and each access is made through a short-lived link.
All traffic to and from this website is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
Who can see it
Access is limited to Ask Allegiant support staff who need it to work your case. Where resolving your issue requires contacting the airline or a payment provider, we share only the details necessary for that specific step, and we tell you what we are sending.
How long we keep it
Case records are retained for 24 months from closure so we can answer follow-up questions and evidence what was agreed. Attachments may be deleted earlier once a case is resolved. After the retention period, records are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email askallegiant@gmail.com from the address you submitted with, and include your case reference where you have one.
Security practices
We apply server-side validation to every submission, restrict file uploads by type and size, scope database access with row-level security rules, and require authentication for all staff tooling. We will never ask you for a full card number, CVV, password or one-time passcode.
